Food Standards Australia and New Zealand (FSANZ)nutrition claim for foods containing qualifying levels of Omega-3s:

Foods containing 200mg of ALA or 30mg combined EPA + DHAper serving can claim a ‘Source of Omega-3’;
Foods containing 60+mg combined EPA + DHA per serving can claim a ‘Good or Rich Source of Omega-3’.
